Prices

What the ranges below mean.

Each category carries an indicative USD range. It is the spread we have seen across the models that come over the counter, not a quote. A dishwasher door gasket for a ten-year-old builder-grade machine might be $18; the same job on a European tub with a molded corner piece is closer to $46. The confirmed number comes back on reply once the model and serial are checked.

There is no cart. Every part line ends in an inquiry. You pay at the counter, or on the confirmed quote if the part is shipped, and never on this site.

01–10The categories

Appliance parts, consumables and small-job hardware.

01

Washer and dryer parts

Drain pumps are the most common call. A pump that hums and won't drain is usually a jammed impeller or a dead motor, and the same machine can take two pump revisions with different connector keys. Dryer belts are sold by length and rib count together.

$14–$95 indicative

  • Drain pumps
  • Drive belts
  • Door locks
  • Lint filters
  • Idler pulleys
  • Inlet hoses

02

Dishwasher parts

Gaskets matched by cross-section, spray arms by hub bearing diameter, inlet valves by inlet thread and coil voltage. Rack rollers sold singly, because one cracked roller doesn't need a bag of eight.

$18–$58 indicative

  • Door gaskets
  • Spray arms
  • Inlet valves
  • Rack rollers
  • Filters

03

Refrigerator parts

Door seals priced per door, with push-in or screw-in retainer confirmed first. Defrost thermostats matched on open and close temperature. Nothing in the sealed refrigerant system; that goes to a licensed tech.

$16–$120 indicative

  • Door seals
  • Defrost thermostats
  • Shelves
  • Crisper bins
  • No sealed-system parts

Small appliance parts

Coffee maker carafes checked for neck height so the drip-stop valve opens. Blender couplers matched on tooth count and shaft thread direction. Vacuum parts sit with consumables.

$7–$34 indicative

  • Carafes
  • Lid gaskets
  • Blender couplers
  • Blade assemblies

05

Filters and consumables

Refrigerator water filter replacement by the housing's twist-lock type, OEM or compatible. Vacuum bags by collar shape, vacuum belts by cross-section. The change intervals we give are what we see in Austin water, not what the box claims.

$6–$52 indicative

  • Fridge water filters
  • Vacuum bags
  • Vacuum belts
  • Dryer belts

Fasteners by the piece

Screws and bolts sold by the piece. We'll sell you six screws. Nobody needs a bag of fifty. Thread pitch checked on a gauge before bagging; anchors chosen by wall type and load.

$0.15–$2.40 per piece

  • Machine screws
  • Wood screws
  • Nuts and washers
  • Drywall anchors
  • Toggle bolts
  • Masonry sleeves

Repair kits

Faucet cartridge replacement in Austin starts with the old cartridge on the counter: spline count and stem length decide it. Toilet fill and flush valve kits by flush valve opening, 2 or 3 inch.

$14–$65 indicative

  • Faucet cartridges
  • Fill valves
  • Flush valves
  • Flappers
  • Gasket kits

Hoses, lines and O-rings

Braided supply lines with 3/8 compression or 1/2 FIP ends, by length. O-rings by dash number, nitrile or silicone, at about $0.40 each. A 3/8-inch line is not a 1/2-inch one with a different nut.

$0.40–$28 indicative

  • Supply lines
  • Washer hoses
  • O-ring singles
  • O-ring kits

09

Power tool parts

Carbon brushes for power tools, sized in millimetres such as 6×10×13, with lead and spring type. Chucks by mount thread, 1/2-20 UNF or 3/8-24 UNF. Switches by the old switch in hand.

$8–$48 indicative

  • Carbon brushes
  • Keyed chucks
  • Keyless chucks
  • Switches

Lawn and garden parts

Trimmer line from 0.065 to 0.095 inch, round or twisted. A string trimmer carburetor rebuild kit is matched to the stamp on the carburetor body, not the trimmer brand. Spark plugs by reach and thread.

$7–$35 indicative

  • Trimmer line
  • Spark plugs
  • Carburetor kits
  • Primer bulbs

TAGReading the rating plate · 4 fields

How to read a model tag before you write to us.

The rating plate is a sticker or a riveted plate. Four fields on it matter to us, and one field people copy most often is the wrong one.

Model number

Usually after "MOD", "M/N" or "Model". Letters and digits, often ending in a two-character revision code. Copy every character, including the last two.

MOD WTW5000DW0

Serial number

After "SER" or "S/N". It encodes the build date, which is how we tell two revisions of one model apart.

SER C91234567

Rated voltage

Matters for valves, motors and pumps. 120 V parts on a 220 V import will not survive the first cycle.

120V 60Hz 8A

Not the brand badge

The logo on the front tells us almost nothing. Several brands share a chassis and a pump; one brand can carry four pumps.

Brand only = no match
Where the tag hides

Top-load washer: under the lid at the back, or on the rear panel. Front-load washer and dryer: inside the door frame. Dishwasher: on the tub edge with the door open, left or right side. Refrigerator: inside the fresh food compartment on a side wall, or behind the kick plate. Power tools: on the motor housing. Garden machines: the carburetor body has its own stamp, and that is the one we need for a rebuild kit.

Not sure which drawer your part sits in?

Send the tag photo and a sentence about what broke. The counter sorts it out and comes back with a part, a confirmed price, or a plain no.
