DOC T-03Terms of use and inquiry terms · last updated October 6, 2026
Nothing is bought on this site. A price range turns into a price only after we check your model number.
These are the terms for using the Beavreno catalogue of appliance parts, fasteners and repair kits. The panel answers the eight questions people actually ask. The full text sits under it.

Date
These terms took effect on October 6, 2026. They apply every time you use beavreno.com, send an inquiry, use the part matcher or open the support chat.
Who these terms are with
Beavreno, trading at beavreno.com, a parts counter at 105 River Road, Austin, Texas 85895, United States. When these terms say "we" or "the counter", that is who they mean. "You" is whoever is using the site.
What the site does, and what it doesn't
The site is a catalogue and an inquiry desk. It shows the parts we stock or can source: spare parts for washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators and countertop appliances, filters and consumables, screws and bolts sold by the piece, faucet and toilet repair kits, hoses and O-rings, and small parts for power tools and garden machines. It lets you send a model number, a photo or a description, and it lets you talk to the counter by chat.
It does not repair anything and does not send a technician. It does not sell gas valves, igniters for gas ranges or sealed-system refrigerant parts, because those belong with a licensed tech. It does not ship oversize items such as washer drums or refrigerator doors. And it will not sell a part without a model number or the old part to measure against. That last rule saves more returns than any policy could.
Inquiry only: how an inquiry becomes an order
There is no cart, no checkout and no payment anywhere on this site. Pressing "Send this to the counter" or submitting a form does not buy anything and does not reserve stock. A figure on a catalogue page or in the part matcher is an estimate, not a binding quote.
An inquiry becomes an order in three steps, never fewer. One, we check the part against your model and serial range, or against the old part. Two, we reply by email, phone or chat with the exact part, whether it is OEM or compatible, the confirmed price and how you get it. Three, you say yes to that reply. Payment happens at the counter when you collect, or by the method agreed in that reply when a part ships. Until you say yes, either side can walk away without cost.
How things are priced
Every figure is in US dollars. Ranges are per piece, per pair, per kit or per pack, as the page says: machine screws at $0.15 to $0.90 each, a washer drain pump at $38 to $95 depending on the model. What moves a price inside or outside the range is the specific revision your model needs, OEM against compatible, the quantity, and supplier cost on the day we confirm. Shipping, where offered, is quoted separately in the same reply. Sales tax is added at the rate that applies. A confirmed price holds for the period stated in our reply.
What you may not do here
Do not send inquiries in someone else's name or with someone else's contact details. Do not post automated or bulk submissions, probe the forms for weaknesses, or try to reach parts of the server not linked from the site. Do not use the chat to harass the people at the counter. Do not scrape the catalogue to republish it as your own. If you are after a gas part, asking twice will not change the answer.
Who owns the text and photographs
The text, photographs, layout, the Beavreno name and logo belong to Beavreno. You may link to any page and quote a short passage with credit. Copying photographs or whole pages needs our written permission. Manufacturer and brand names appear only to say which models a part fits. They remain the property of their owners, and naming them implies no partnership or endorsement.
What is offered as is
Catalogue pages, fit notes and installation tips are offered as general guidance, as is. Photographs show typical parts; your part may differ in colour or markings. We do not warrant that a description on the site matches your machine before we have checked it, which is exactly why we check. Once a part is confirmed and sold, its fit is covered by the fit guarantee, and you keep every right that Texas or federal consumer law gives you. Unplug the machine and shut off the water before you touch anything.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with the site or a part we supplied is limited to the price you paid for that part. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost time, a second service call you booked, or damage from an installation done against the instructions. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.
When access can be refused
We can block a device, IP address or email from the forms and chat if it is used against these terms, sends spam, or abuses the people at the counter. We can decline any inquiry, for instance when a model number cannot be read or the part falls outside what we supply. We can take the site or a page down for maintenance. A confirmed order is still honoured.
Governing law
These terms run under the law of the State of Texas, United States. Any dispute is heard in the courts of Austin, Texas, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it somewhere else.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top of this page and in the panel changes with them. A change does not reach back into an order you have already confirmed. That order runs on the terms in force on the day you said yes.
