DSARData request · Last updated 2025
Ask for your data and you get every record we hold, not a summary of it.
The counter keeps what you send when you ask about a part: your name, how to reach you, the model number and the notes. If you want a copy, a correction or a deletion, the panel below answers the usual questions and the form at the bottom goes straight to the same people who answer parts inquiries.

Kind: data-request · routed to the counter inbox
Who holds your data
Beavreno is a small parts counter at 105 River Road, Austin, Texas 85895. There is no parent company and no outside call center. When you send an inquiry about a washer drain pump or six machine screws, the record lands in the counter's own inbox and stays there. The same people who look up replacement parts by model number are the ones who read a data request.
We do not sell inquiry data. We do not rent the list. Nobody buys a mailing list from a shop that sells O-rings by the piece, and we would not hand one over if they asked.
What a record usually contains
A typical inquiry record is short. It holds what you typed and what the site stamped on it:
- Name, phone, email and, if you wanted a part shipped, a street address or ZIP.
- The kind of inquiry, the notes you wrote, and the spec line the part matcher filled in, for example a dryer belt by rib count or a 3/8 compression supply line.
- The page the inquiry came from and the time it was sent.
- Chat messages, if you used the counter chat, with the token that ties them together.
- Your cookie choice, stored in your own browser.
- If you allowed storage and arrived from an ad, the click identifier in the link:
gclidfrom Google Ads,msclkidfrom Microsoft Advertising, fbclidfrom Meta.
Photos of rating plates sent by email sit in the mailbox with the message. Ask, and we include them in the copy or delete them with the rest.
What you can ask for
A copy. Every field of every inquiry and chat tied to your email or phone, sent as a plain file. A correction. Wrong phone number, misspelled name, an address you moved from. A deletion. We remove the inquiry and chat records. The one thing we keep is a record of a part you actually collected or had shipped, because that is the paperwork we need if the part comes back under the fit guarantee. We tell you exactly which lines stay and why.
An opt-out from ad measurement. Decline cookies with the Cookie settings button in the footer. Consent Mode v2 then sets ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage back to denied, and no click identifier is stored from that browser. If you want identifiers already sent to a platform dealt with, say so in the form and we tell you what was sent and to whom.
How we check it is you
We answer to the email address or phone number already on the record. If you write from a different address, we send a short confirmation to the original one first. That is a minute of delay. It stops a stranger from reading your inquiry history just by typing your name into a form.
We will not ask for an ID card, a utility bill or a date of birth. We hold none of those, so we have nothing to match them against.
How long it takes
The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives a business 45 days to respond, and allows one extension where it is needed. A counter with one inbox does not need it. Expect a first reply confirming we have the request, then the copy, correction or deletion itself. If a request is unclear we ask one question rather than guess, the same way we ask for the second number on a part that came in two revisions.
If we refuse part of a request, you get the reason in writing, and you can appeal by replying to that message. A different person at the counter looks at the appeal.
Who else sees anything
This site receives paid traffic from Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Ads may send visitors too. Their tags stay in a denied state under Consent Mode v2 until you choose to allow storage. After that, the platform gets the click identifier and the fact that an inquiry was sent. It does not get your notes or your model number. Each platform handles its own copy under its own policy. Microsoft's is at privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement; Google and Meta publish theirs on their own sites. The full detail sits in the privacy policy and the cookie policy, and the rules for using the catalogue are in the terms.
