What to bring so the first visit is the only visit
The counter matches by measurement. Bring the thing we can measure.
- The old part, broken or not. A worn carbon brush still tells us its size in millimetres. A scaled faucet cartridge still shows its spline count.
- A photo of the rating plate, in focus, with both the model and serial lines readable. Use the phone torch; plates sit in shadow.
- One sample screw or bolt if you need more of them. We gauge the thread and count out what you need, six or forty.
- The belt itself for dryer or vacuum belts. Rib count and length together, every time.
- The carburetor body stamp for trimmer kits, photographed close. The trimmer brand alone is not enough.

What we cannot help with
No gas valves, no gas range igniters, no compressors or refrigerant parts. Those are jobs for a licensed tech and we won't sell them over the counter. No technician visits either. We supply the part and tell you how it goes in.
Oversize items like dishwasher racks, drums and doors are pickup only. Everything small ships to the address you give us.
